Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website blisstech.in ("Site") or engaging Bliss Technologies("we", "our", "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Bliss Technologies provides custom software development, mobile application development, web development, UI/UX design, cloud & DevOps, and AI integration services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of Bliss Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Client work: Upon full payment of all amounts due, all intellectual property rights in the custom software, code, and deliverables created specifically for you are assigned to you, as outlined in your project agreement. We retain the right to reference the completed work in our portfolio unless restricted by a separate NDA.

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Upon request, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project discussion. Any such NDA will be separate from and in addition to these Terms.

Payment terms are specified in your individual project agreement or SOW. Typical arrangements include:

• Fixed-price projects: Payments in milestones (e.g., 40% upfront, 40% at mid-point, 20% on delivery).
• Dedicated team / time & material: Monthly invoicing payable within 7 days of invoice date.

Late payments may result in suspension of work until the account is settled.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and agreed upon in writing before implementation. Additional scope may be subject to additional fees and timeline adjustments.

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
• Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bliss Technologies harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and encourage you to review their terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

For clients in the UK and EU, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We shall deliver all work-in-progress and project assets upon receipt of final payment.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
