We engineered a real-time healthcare queue management platform consisting of Flutter mobile client apps, a Laravel API backend, and an interactive admin dashboard.

Queue Token was created to solve one of the most persistent challenges in outpatient healthcare: inefficient appointment scheduling and unpredictable patient waiting times.
Traditional clinics relied on manual registers and receptionist-managed phone tags, leading to long waiting periods. We engineered a complete dual-app ecosystem to automate workflows:

A mobile assistant enabling providers to coordinate clinic availability timings slots, mark consultations completed, and audit daily UPI/Cash earnings ledger.

A self-service app through which patients discover verified clinic profiles, book appointments in under 60 seconds, and monitor live queue waiting estimates.
